Self Doubt

I can't do this.
I'm not good enough.
She's better at it than I am.
I will fail.
I wasn't born to do this.
You really think I can do that? I don't think so.
How is she so happy, I could never be that happy.
I don't have enough courage.
I'll never make it to the top.
I don't have the strength.

Doubt, is an unbelieveable part of life that can take over if your not careful. I remember when I first starting writing my book, I kept saying to myself, "there is no way I can write that many words. How am I suppose to go from begining to end? They won't accept it even if I send it in, what's the point? I'm not as good a writer as that author."

It could go on & on. But I stopped. I stopped doubting & I just did it. I wrote over 55,000 words from begining and end. Granted I have not sent it in yet, I just finished major edits & so I'm putting in those major edits. But I stopped doubting myself.

Whatever your starting, whatever your doing.
Don't doubt yourself.
God put you on this path for a reason.
Because he knows you CAN do it!
I know you can do it.

If you are a stay at home mom & don't think your good enough.
I'm here to tell you, that you are.

If you are a shop owner, don't compare yourself, because that leads to self doubt.
Your shop is about you -- the second you doubt yourself, everything falls apart.

If you are a blogger, again don't doubt yourself.
Don't sit and wonder if what you are writing about is the right thing.
If you want to write about it, then it is the right thing.

Anything..
Just stop doubting & start doing!

Tell the world you can do it.
Tell the world your going to do it.
Tell the world you were born to do it!

  2. Very well said.

Anytime we compare ourselves to others or look to be "on top" we are being untrue to ourselves. Woman are so unkind to themselves when they compare. We all just need to be the beautiful "me".
